Most products arrive ready to use or require minimal assembly. Any necessary instructions are included with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from processing. Each order is carefully prepared and tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging when possible. Returns are accepted for any reason within this period. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.

Returns may be requested in the following situations:

Unsatisfied with Your Purchase

If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging when possible.

Delayed Orders

If your order experiences an extended delay, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Eligibility is based on tracking information showing the order as stalled, pending, or expired in transit.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Photo or video evidence is required

  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order:

  • Contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue

  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund once verified

Canceled Orders

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing. Once processed or shipped, orders can no longer be canceled. Pre-order and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

Additional Notes

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
