Ivero operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. Ivero is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We have made every effort to accurately display our products and services. However, colors, materials, finishes, scale, packaging, or product appearance may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing differences, lighting, photography, or your device settings.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products purchased will meet your expectations or exactly match images displayed online.

All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ivero reserves the right to accept or decline any order in its sole discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Because orders are fulfilled by third‑party suppliers, order cancellations, modifications, or address changes may not be possible once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

If an order is changed, delayed, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale, redistribution, or export.

Products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our fulfillment and logistics partners. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to partner processing times, carrier delays, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Ivero is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ivero and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Certain content or technology used on the Services may be provided by third parties or partners, including Shopify and other service providers, and is used under license.

Ivero is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Ivero. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Ivero, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
